What its about
During this workshop you will:
- Recognise assertive behaviour
- Identify the benefits of assertive behaviour
- Develop an awareness of other types of non-assertive behaviour and the impact they have on communication
- Prepare action points for the implementation of assertive behaviours
The session is for all staff who wish to develop their behaviour to achieve more effective working practices.
